Gary is the operations vice president of Northwestern Benefit Services, Inc. During Gary's tenure, Northwestern Benefit Services has been a perennial Top 15 group operation in the Strategic Employee Benefit Services family. Gary has served on various community boards and was a member of the Strategic Employee Benefit Services national field committee.

He achieved his Registered Health Underwriter's designation in 1999.
