As Recruiting Specialist for the Network Office, Joanne provides expertise in the mutual fit process of recruiting and selecting quality professionals to join The Savino Financial Group. She works closely with a team of recruiters in Princeton, as well as the district recruiters and members of the leadership team who are involved the recruiting & selection of new financial representatives/advisors. Joanne has been the recruiter for over 16 years and has been affiliated with Northwestern Mutual since graduating from the University of RI, where she met her husband Joe Savino, the Managing Partner.
